SHIPPING
Newrad Solutions provides free shipping within the contiguous US for orders over $100. We charge a flat rate for orders under $100, and offer you the choice between USPS Ground Advantage ($7.95) or USPS Priority Mail ($17.95) depending on how quickly you need your products. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. We cannot guarantee shipping times.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses to serve our military customers!
We are currently unable to ship internationally at this time but hope to add this service in the future.
RETURN POLICY
Newrad Solutions offers a 21-day return policy from purchase date. All returns are subject to shipping charge to return product. Product must be in original packaging, without modification and refund will only be issued after inspection by Newrad Solutions.
Warranty
It all begins with an idea.
All products from Newrad Solutions, LLC are offered with a 1 year warranty for defects in workmanship and materials. Newrad Solutions reserves the right to inspect returned unmodified product and either repair, replace, or refund product at our discretion.
We will not be responsible for damage, improper installation, or modified product.
