This kit can used for Dakota Digital installations (VHX/HDX/RTX) that mount the control box behind the dash or directly below the steering column. Same hardware as the regular kit but with shorter wires.
If you you want to mount a Dakota Digital, OneGauge, or other control box away from the dash area you should purchase the regular length kit.
Use the Digital EZ harness to give you that professional touch for your aftermarket digital gauge installation! The connector is a direct onto the GM factory 12-pin connectors in your dash. No need to hack up your OEM wiring and can be reversed in the future. Utilizing 18-AWG automotive grade TXL wire, and pre labeled wires with hardware to make your install EZ. The factory connectors often have minimal length wires which makes splicing even more of a head ache. We solve that problem for you! Save time and frustration with the Digital EZ harness installation kits.
Note: Some wires won’t be used based on year of your car.
**If your car does not have a tachometer signal, be sure to add the affordable Newrad Solutions Tach Wire Kit to your order. Used for applications using ignition coil and HEI distributors. Vehicles that use and MSD box will use the tach wire from their box and won’t need this kit.
*Depending on your installation location & application extra butt connectors may be needed.
**Unused wire ends should be taped off or use shrink tubing.
*** U.S. Patent Pending
